Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Hong Kong.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide using insured courier services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Hong Kong: 1-3 business days
- Asia: 3-7 business days
- Europe & North America: 5-12 business days
- Other regions: 7-15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, weather or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order through the courier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. For lost packages, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
